Musician Moonchild Sanelly, and Multi Award-winning Director & Multi-degree earner Sihle Hlophe. In Beauty, we focus on innovation with premier Lash Technician and visionary trainer Bongi Mabentsela. Her passion for revolutionizing the African beauty industry brings us the first-ever eyebrow extensions in South Africa. We chat to Moonchild Sanelly, known across the globe for her individuality about her new music and global adventures. Then, a performance by the Princess of House Music, Bucie, is another Women's Day treat. This Award-winning singer/songwriter is back from her hiatus with new music.

Umthakathi Kush.

Remembering Malome Vector, Maglera Doe Boy's Hot New Track, Dance Craze with Tom London, and Trendz Team Building.

In this episode we begin with a tribute to the late Bokang 'Malome Vector' Moleli who once graced our show. His fellow Basotho Music pioneer "Kommanda Obbs" reflects on the mark 'Malome Vector' made in the industry. Maglera the hitmaker, Maglera Doe Boy joins us to discuss his recent collaborations with KO on their hit song LET ME COOK. Then, we join Thomas Gumede aka Tom London at Soweto's Finest dance studio in Newtown, to cook up some of the hottest dance challenges in SA. The Trendz team blows off some steam away from the office at a team building exercise at Hunters Rest in Rustenburg, for a team building exercise.

Songbird Miss Hilary is onto a new fashion line and is giving XiTsonga dance classes. Then we enjoy a performance by SA's vibrant jazz saxophonist and composer Linda Sikhakhane whose found a way to create a conversation between the contemporary and traditional.

Mrs SA Semi-Finalists Shine as Arts and Culture Take Center Stage

Thirty Mrs South Africa hopefuls come a step closer to realising their dreams during the pageant's 2024 semi-finalist showcase and finalist sashing ceremony. We meet award winning artist Percy Maimela who creates world class portraits using just salt. Artist Bambo Sibiya is also back on homeground, with a solo exhibition titled Ngemva Kokuqubuka-After Precarity. Then we head off to Rosebank for a concept that offers a range of playful exhibitions, including optical illusions to fascinate all ages. We also embark on a historical hike to explore Blockhouses in Broederstroom, structures which were used to protect soldiers and ammunition during the Anglo Boer War. Finally, SA's national treasure Stimela is back and joins us to discuss their new single.

Legacy Month

In this episode-As we celebrate legacy month, we head to the UJ Art Gallery for a mixed media comic exhibition titled 'African Hero', which Africanizes superheroes. Then we discuss locally produced Romantic Comedy "He's Not Ready", currently showing at cinemas countrywide and beyond. Onto fashion excellence, Celebrity Fashion Creative Troy Molaiwa of 'Helen of Troy Styles' talks about a newly launched online lookbook, culminating his 9-year journey in Fashion. Ever notice how Thandiswa Mazwai's iconic performances often come with memorable hairstyles? We hunted down and found her hairstylist, Bonolo Gabuza aka Beezy Braids. Then we hit Rosebank's Keyes Art Mile, attending 'First Thursdays', a monthly cultural experience centered around art galleries, retail stores, restaurants and bars in Jozi. Then we go on a quest where SABC 1 seeks and finds talented Mascandi Musos on their new show Ushunu womahlaba. Trendz brings you all the action behind the scenes. Finally, SA singer-songwriter Langa Mavuso is set to captivate hearts once again with his new single and sing-along anthem, 'Best Friend'. He joins us to chat and perform it in studio.

We visit Museum African for the award-winning exhibition - “The Phantom Spaces Through AI Lenses” which continues to integrate multimedia tools and artificial intelligence in the form of animation. We take a trip down memory lane with a breathtaking performance by the legendary Vicky Sampson with her most loved and iconic song titled MY AFRICAN DREAM. This week we feature some great South Africans, ahead of Africa Day. Performances are by; Rap Royalty Stogie T, Artists Sjava and the Qwellers and Poetry Princess Botlhale Boikanyo. We catch up with these African Stars. In Fashion, Sophisticated Floral Chic is what we see out in Sandton, at the Cap Classique Champagne and Bubbles Event, which had beautiful dresses and enough bubbly to go around. Meanwhile, Padel is known as the world's fastest-growing sport and fitness trend. This hybrid racket sport is certainly gaining more momentum in South Africa. We learn more about it at 10by20 in Killarney, Johannesburg. Then we take a look at the creatives behind the dazzling Miss SA Crown and its unique design details, with Ursula and Kealeboga.

K.O. Cooks, Ballet Leaps: Joburg's Culture Grooves

Multi-award Winning Rapper and Pioneer of urban street culture Ntokozo “K.O” Mdluli has now teamed up with rising star, Maglera Doe Boy for an explosive new single titled ‘Let Me Cook’. In design, we explore the manufacturing process of a pair of earrings inspired by the African sun, with Jewellery Designer Noxolo Mseleku in Germiston, Johannesburg. We revisit the spectacular polo match between South Africa and Argentina at the Inanda Polo Fields.
